This custom home was designed to incorporate private living spaces each tailored to this extended families’ individual styles. Perched atop a wooded hill, this home is truly a private oasis nestled perfectly into the surrounding landscape. 

Although not a Passive House, Interactive Construction incorporated our characteristic environmental consciousness throughout the build process. The use of prefabricated wall panels helped reduce waste and high-efficiency windows and doors aid in energy savings. In a first for Interactive, this home is equipped with a full fire suppression sprinkler system. 

The design of this house provides plenty of access to the outdoors and even boasts a secluded outdoor shower.
